2006 Hair of the Dog Adam

If the Abyss, Black Flag, Old Guardian, and Old Foghorn aren’t enough for you, you’ll be glad to know that we just tapped a 2006 Hair of the Dog Adam. I’ve been looking forward to putting this one on for a while now. One of the best dessert beers ever! Come in and enjoy it with one of our truffles.

The coveted Deschutes Abyss is now on tap.

Commercial description – This exceptionally popular imperial stout, aged in French oak, pinot noir, and bourbon barrels since March, has immense depth with its rich and complex flavors. True to its name, subtle notes of coffee, chocolate, molasses and licorice pull you in deeper and deeper. Cherry bark and vanilla bean added during the dry-hopping process are the proverbial “cherry on top”!

Here’s the commercial description

I only had a small taste of this today, and I can’t wait to have a full taste later tonight.  This thing is one of the thickest, chewiest beers I’ve had.  Their tasting notes are almost dead on.  Is it worth the price ($5.00 for a 10oz. glass)?  Haven’t decided on that one, but I do know, I have spent more on lesser beers.

Old Rasputin on Nitro is Back

Due to a lack of creativity, plus the overall lack of available Nitrogen kegs, North Coast Old Rasputin is back.  Luckily, it is an amazing beer and if you missed it last time, be sure to swing on by for a pint this time around.

Plus, Elysian’s “The Immortal” IPA and Lagunitas Lumpy Gravy have been added to the lineup today.
